The role involves leading a multi-team engineering organization responsible for alerting, event management, monitor creation experiences, and autonomous detection capabilities. It requires defining and executing technical and organizational strategy while aligning stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Design, and Applied Science. The candidate will also drive innovation in AI-powered detection, scale platform systems, develop and mentor engineering managers, and champion customer-centric product thinking.
