Manager II, Premier Support Engineering

Manages, develops, coaches and mentors Premier Support Engineers. Acts as the owner for team’s accountability and performance. Partners with senior leadership to oversee projects and initiatives. Collaborates with internal teams and customers on high-priority escalations.

Candidates will join an innovative team pushing engineering boundaries. Depending on the domains associated with this job, you will be expected to design clean APIs, write automated test cases, and participate in peer code reviews.
