Cloud Billing Associate
About the role
Supporting cloud billing and invoicing process, working with customers to resolve issues, managing support case queue, generating reconciliation reports, processing Return Authorizations in NetSuite, collaborating with various teams on advanced billing & contract issues, performing light collections for monthly subscribers through a credit card payment platform, submitting invoices through 3rd party payment platforms as necessary, and submitting evidence for Chargeback disputes.
Candidates will join an innovative team pushing engineering boundaries. Depending on the domains associated with this job, you will be expected to design clean APIs, write automated test cases, and participate in peer code reviews.
